      1. Q: How can I track the status of my online order?

      A: The tracking number will be updated 1 working day after placing your order on Luvkis.com.

      B: If you cannot track your package after 5 working days, please feel free to contact support@luvkis.com for direct support. We are happy to help you check on the status of your shipment.

       

      1. Q: What kind of packaging does my order come in?

      A: All products at Luvkis.com are delivered in an unmarked discreet packaging that only contains your name, address, telephone number, and tracking number on the mailing label.

       

      1. Q: Is all my private information secure?

      A: Yes. At Luvkis we offer discreet packaging and shipping. All items are shipped in a plain bag that only contains your contact information and a nondescript return address. The delivery man and your neighbors will never know what is inside your package.

       

      1. Q: How do I cancel my order?

      A: For canceling your order, please contact us at support@luvkis.com. Please note that orders can not be canceled after they have been shipped out.
